Added Prefs File which must be edited with a text editor. The program now has the ability to not translate 12 hour to 24 time for those admins who already work in 24 mode by way of the control panel. You can also turn of the graphics while parsing through the stat file. This speeds up the execution of the program considerably. The documentation for the prefs file is contained in the prefs file, and it comes pre-configured to display the graphics and translate 12 hour time to 24 hour time. More information about the login is now added to the description field.
This program is provided free of charge by Jonathan Gourd. Its purpose is to provide a way of using Timeslips III or LapTrack as a means of tracking FirstClass user's time and activities. This program converts FirstClass Statisics files from the format they are written in to a TAB delimited TEXT file that contains a summary of each login in a single record.
The resultant file can be read by LT Import or TSImport with the supplied import template or any database or spreadsheet that reads TAB delimited files. Once imported using one of the above utilities, you can use all the reporting and billing capabilities of the Timeslips Corp. or other vendor's product.
OPERATION:
I suggest that you place the program and its IMPORT PREFS file in the same folder as the Statistics files.
Program operation is very simple. When the program starts it asks you to name the output file and location. I suggest placing it in the folder where you have the Statistics files. If you hit Cancel at this point the program quits.
The next step is to open a statisitcs file. While the program is parsing through the Statistic file, a circle is drawn in a window over and over to keep you from getting bored while the output file is being written. (For those interested, the circle is incremented for each line that is read in from the stat file.) After the file has been read in the open dialog re-appears to let you select another Stat file quickly. If you are finished just hit Cancel and use the file menu to quit.
Quit the program and import the file you created into your database or Timeslips Product.
Although the program was written for use with the Timelips importers, you may find it useful with any program that reads TAB delimited text files such as speadsheets and databases. I have found that with a database such as FileMaker I easily create statistics such as best user, highest number of calls, file most downloaded, etc... You will find a simple FileMaker file enclosed which you use to import the data into.

Don't use this program if more than 50 users can be logged in at the same time. I have set up the arrays in the program handle a maximum of 50 simultanious logins.
